Child Safety Policy 21st November 2025
Child Safety Policy Bushwalking Queensland advised a few months ago that it was now a requirement for Clubs that allowed children to participate in activities to have a Child Safety Policy in place that was to be followed by all Club members and visitors. This is needed to comply with Clubs’ Bushwalking Australia Insurance. .

Event approval 14th January 2024
Since we went live leaders have been able to publish events on the system without the system forcing coordinator approval. I have changed a system setting that now requires coordinator approval for new events or changes to events. Leaders' registration of users and attendance update does not require approval. .

All current club members have been successfully migrated to member Jungle. Detailed instructions on the initial sign on have been published and can be downloaded from the latest MJ news article. .
