DW M T4F3 Border Track to Balancing Rock

This lovely undulating 12 kilometre walk at O’Reilly’s is mostly under canopy and follows an often indistinct and overgrown footpad from the Border Track through to Balancing Rock. Lots of over and under fallen trees as we wind our way to Lyrebird Lookout for morning tea. Then on to Orchid Grotto, Moonlight Crag and finally to Balancing Rock and lunch. Then down the Red Road and on to the Wishing Tree track back to the car park.

This will be our first scheduled walk for the Base Camp. 
We will meet at 9:30am outside the O'Reillys coffee shop. Please bring morning tea and lunch, water and first aid.
