A flat ride of approx. 42 km starts from the end of Spit Carpark (near the café) and will take in the Spit, then through the Coombabah Wetlands, around Paradise Point and back to the Spit. We can stop for morning coffee at Runaway Bay or Paradise Point.
All essentials please including first aid kit and rube repair/replacement.
Meet 7.15 am for a 7.30 departure from the car-park.
