Thursday Night Social Walk West Burleigh

Departing at 5.30 pm from the West Burleigh Town Tavern.

We will meet on the Township Drive side of the tavern, in the car park near the main entrance to the beer garden area

This hike does involve some hills. We will head west from the Tavern and if it's dry we will initially follow some green spaces. We will then ascend via a concrete duct and bush tracks to the top of the Skyline Ridge. A few more ups and downs as we follow the bush tracks and some roads around the ridge and back down to the northern side. We will return up and over the area via footpaths before returning to the Tavern for a meal around 7pm

Please bring torches as the light will be fading towards the end of the evening. Hiking boots or closed shoes and poles if you require them for uneven ground
