OT S F3 to F4 T3 Fitness walk number 3 - Mudgeeraba Conservation
I am offering a series of hikes on a Tuesday (weather permitting), aimed at building your fitness from an F3 to F4 or maintaining your F4 and to introduce some off track walking
For those interested in off track hiking - we will finish the fitness series with a climb up Mount May in September
The Mudgeeraba conservation area offers a selection of steep hills and will challenge your improved fitness. However it is a great area to train and build muscles.
This will be an out and back track with a circuit in the middle to provide a longer uphill section. The tracks are well worn but can be a challenge when descending - please bring poles if you feel this can assist you.
This is a relatively short hike but tough hike, around 7.5 kms with 430 metres elevation
Hiking boots, first aide etc and bring a hiking pole if you require one as some of the descents can be slippery
