OT M F4 T4 Lizard Point day walk

Meeting at Nerang, Beaudesert Road, Vince Hinde Park near Riverlea

Starting via the Head Road near Teviot Falls Lookout we will ascend 733 metre to Mount Roberts, which is only shy of a few metres from the famous Mount Superbus. Crossing the rocky top of the ridge to reach the famous Lizard Point, offering amazing views east, north and west from the various rock escarpment lookouts. Some small amount of exposure on a rock cliff, however there is an alternative if some require. Full off track gear is required. Some areas are very steep. Elevation gain of around 750 metres and around 12 km but still a full day so a reasonable pace will be required. A good level of fitness is required.
