Leaving from Kingscliff and riding the tracks behind Salt and Casuarina and down to Pottsville, where we have morning tea and return to Kingscliff by the same route; a 36km return trip. This is a very flat, easy and pleasant ride.There will be a picnic lunch in the park after the ride.

BC Woodenbong base camp for off-trackers
Woodenbong
Base camp for off-trackers to climb some less visited peaks in the Woodenbong area, about 2 hours from the Gold Coast. Camp at Woodenbong campground which is $5 per night for an unpowered site with hot showers available. A few powered sites available too. We’ll walk on Saturday and Sunday, with exact walks to be decided closer to the date. Some require a 4WD to get to the starting point so will be determined by group. Options include South Obelisk, North Obelisk, Edinburgh Castle and Bald Knob. ...
