In the afternoon we could walk out to Macauley’s Headland, a very beautiful walk. Wednesday we ride to Sawtell, via Boambee Headland Lookout and then on to Bonville Head Lookout. We can stop for coffee at Boambee Creek Reserve. Return to the caravan park the same way. All up about 35kms with about 120 m elevation. There is one big hill at the Boambee Headland, but it is not long, bikes can be walked up. Thursday, we ride to Charlesworth Bay Beach. Bring bike locks. At Bay Beach we will lock the bikes and walk out to Diggers Head via Diggers Head Trail. About 2km walk there and back. The bike ride is about 15km with 150 m elevation. Friday, travel back home.
