DW S T3 F2 Tallebudgera Creek
This is a very pretty walk of about 10 km which is not arduous apart from one hill. We will be walking on footpaths, bush tracks and some boardwalks. We begin by walking up Burleigh Headland and then back down the other side to the beach at Burleigh, and then return to Tallebudgera Creek via the ocean sidetrack. We then walk underneath the bridge and follow the north side of the creek via roads and bush track past Fleays Wildlife Park to arrive at West Burleigh Road where we walk down towards the new bridge construction and footbridge. Before crossing the creek, we will have morning tea at the park or at one of the coffee shops here. We then return on the other side of the creek, past the caravan park, under the road and back to the beach side of the creek. Here, we can have a swim, or return to the cars - your choice!
