The Gold Coast Bushwalkers Club Inc continues to offer a diverse range of outdoor activities for its members. The Clubs base camps are extremely popular with the members. Base camp category include a diverse range of activities, including:
- Through walking carrying a tent, food and water and sleeping in the bush.
- Multi-day activities based at caravan parks, staying in cabins or your own caravan, motor home, camper trailer or tent
- Interstate trips such as NSW beach walks, Vic High country walks, WA cape to cape walks
- International trips such as NZ, England, Scotland, Wales, Europe and Japan.

1. Girraween Easter Camp
- Location: Girraween National Park, Queensland

4. Bushwalking QLD Annual Pilgrimage

5. Christmas in July Base Camp at Bigriggen
- Location: Bigriggen Park, Queensland
